this time ,dear reader, writer and follower we will talk about the American episode in PH history.The USA helped the Philippines to gain the battle against the Spanish.In return they asked for participation in the country.In fact the USA became the new power,mainly in Luzon y will notice their presence, is it in Clark Zone and Clark airport ( base) and in the naval base.Is it in the governmental system and in the political system,the House and Senate, the Congress.The presidential organization,a republic.Even some cities are USA influenced, like Angeles City where many Americans do live in bungalows and in House(lot)areas with a lot of security.
Then the language of the Filipinos, they speak American or English or a mixture of Tagalog ( Filipino)and American language with special pronouncement of USA words.

The behavior in public traffic is totally different, the American is disciplined, the Filipino is chaotic.

The USA helped the Philippines in the battle of Bataan against the Japanese,the death march, in the southern islands against infiltrations of peoples and churches.

Sometimes this goes to far.If an American soldier has raped a Philippine woman, then he is sentenced, but goes into an American jail or house/embassy and not in the Manila jail.

General Mc.Arthur has done a lot for this country. I explained this before and i added a picture of the General.( Leyte,Tacloban).

The education is USA based.English is language to be learned.I am no expert in this area, so i leave it here.

51 still missing in ferry sinking PH; responsabilities?

Yesterday 6 persons were declared dead, 51 missing, 69 survived the tradegy with the vessel, bringing the total number of passengers on 126.The discrepancy in the passenger manifest has been explaned, the MOSD showed only 20 passengers, later a second list with 47 peoples, the socalled supplemental passengers list, and 41 classified as passengers not included in the manifest.whatever no overload could be registered, because the capacity is 284 allowable total capacity.Funny enough i count 127 persons now.The other ferry going from Calapan ( Mindoro) to Batangas had 87 pessengers and 14 crew members,=101
Who is responsable?
the ships owner? the government?the Naval authorities,the coast Guard PCGA, maritime authorities,Industry authority?
The House and Senate for not approving the Philippine Maritime Code? and the Commision?The Coast Guard which has no authority to enforce safety rules?and Regulations ?
(Senate Bill 3389) The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee will meet tooday in a hearing session.Did the crew follow the maritime rules?Human error or overloading in one ship?
According to the Red Cross The Philippines is the fourth most accident -prone country in the world. ( with inter island traffic between 7107 islands,...........................)
Other causes are crew-members not qualified, too young or to old, exhaustive working hours,etc.
Another solution:put the country's air and sea defence systems at par with other neighbouring States.A President who presses anew for deregulation of shipping industry ( in a less developed country.........),i personally think that politics and pressure groups will hinder a quick solution.

We need a strong independent President in election-may 2010 period.But even he or she has to cooperate with House and Senate.

dutchman hero on flight a'dam-detroit

a Dutchman has been the hero on flight NWA Amsterdam to Detroit.He pushed himself through other passengers and jumped onto the Nigerian guy,who was already on fire.He succeeded to stop the fire on the body of the Nigerian and undressed him for eventual more fire sources.he got him on the floor and delivered the guy to the USA police at arrival on Detroit airport.More details on Facebook.com and on Hypes.nl
Remains the question, why is this guy not expelled from the boarding lists worldwide after his father had warned the USA Embassy in Lagos for the behaviour of his son.The guy was supported by a gentleman in excellent dressing, so the Nigerian could remain low profile in Lagos, Amsterdam airport Schiphol and boarding on the airplane.

again NWA flight involved in attack????emergency declared.

again a terror attack ? disruptive passenger in airplane going from Amsterdam to Detroit.

the USA authorities have declared Emergency!
Personally i belief this is a over-reaction of the USA airport authorities.
Do not go to the mens- room on board.if you stay there more than 2 min you are suspect!
as far as the first incident is concerned the USA authorities did know about the passenger!!! His father warned them about the behaviour of his son!!

two inter-island fessels sank within three days,PH.

again a catastrophe in PH:
two inter-island ferries sank within one week in December 2009.
we are still waiting for the volcano eruption Mayon and we are confronted with two sunk ferries,the one being hit by a metal fishing boat.the other one just sunk near to Verde island,one of the 7,107 islands !!!!!!of the PH.
And always the authorities do not know the number of passengers on board!!!!officially 26 and in reality maybe 100!!!!!!

HOW ARE Y?AFTER THE CAKES AND PIE, THE ICE THEA AND RED HORSE BEER FROM SAN MIGUEL PH, WE WILL BRING Y BACK TO THE HISTORY OF THIS COUNTRY.
PART 7 CONTAINS THE SPANISH EPISODE.WHEN Y TRAVEL THROUGH THE COUNTRY Y WILL SEE A LOT OF INFLUENCES FROM THIS PERIOD.IS IT THE STATUES,THE BUILDINGS,THE WRITINGS OR THE NAMES,OR EVEN PARTS OF A CITY, LIKE THE INTRAMUROS WITHIN THE CAPITAL CITY MANILA. THE FIRST NAME I REMEMBER IS MAGELLAN FROM PORTUGAL/SPAIN.HE HAS BEEN ORDERED TO VISIT NEW COUNTRIES AND TO PRAY ABOUT CHRISTIANITY AND TO TRADE his products with SPICES AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS.THE MISTAKE HE MADE AFTER HIS ARRIVAL AT CEBU ISLAND HAS BEEN THE INTERFERENCE IN A DISPUTE BETWEEN RIVALS FROM CEBU TERRITORY,BEING LAPU-LAPU ,WHO ULTIMATELY KILLED MAGELLAN.MACTAN ISLAND WITH THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SHOWS Y THE STATUE.THE CAPITAL CITY SHOWS Y THE INTRAMUROS WITH THE FORT WERE PRISONERS WERE KEPT BY THE SPANISH GOVERNOR GENERAL.TO BE COMPARED WITH THE PRESIDENT NOWEDAYS,SHE IN THE PALACE AND THE RIVALS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY,SOME PROTECTED WITH WEAPONS, OTHERS WITH SUPPORT OF PARTIES.I TRY TO STAY OUT OF POLITICAL QUESTIONS, ALTHOUGH THAT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY.THE SPANISH WERE VERY RUDE NOW AND THEN AND FIGHTED IN HEAVY BATTLES ON SEA.DONOT FORGET THAT NAVEL COUNTRIES LIKE SPAIN,PORTUGAL,ENGLAND,FRANCE AND THE NETHERLANDS HAD A STRONG VESSEL ARMY, WITH STRONG INTENTIONS TO CONQUER THE WORLD AND TO INTRODUCE BELIEF IN THEIR CHURCHES.EVEN THE NETHERLANDS HAVE FOUGHT IN PH, BUT WERE BEATEN BY THE SPANISH AND FRENCH.IN THE END THE SPANISH KEPT ON STAYING IN POWER UNTIL THEY WERE BEATEN BY FILIPINO ARMY AND USA .THIS WAS THE START OF THE AMERICAN PERIOD.( PART 8 ).
