the latest developments in the multiple murder case in Mindanao,the Philippines:

this part of a philstar article needs some explanation.The people in PH are waiting for a trial, a process against the Ampatuans,mainly against father (SR) and Junior Ampatuan.

the hearings and the collection of materials are still going on in Quezon City( Manila).

in the meantime the Ampatuans have hugh privileges in the prison(s).It is said they use frequently their celphones to give instructions.It is said they instructed people to murder witnesses.They are told to be said that they have enough money to pay all parties concerned!!The widness in this article is said to be a murderer himself, he shot down himself in the massacre.Just yesterday a NEW witness appeared on TV saying he is prepared to testify ,This witness is a friend of the Ampatuans,we see him on several occasions in the hospital room with Ampatuan sr.He will testify,he himself is informed about the intention of the Ampatuans to let him kill,because he knows too much!!His testimony will be crusial,unless he will be killed after his explanations on TV.The government needs to protect him.The afore mentioned murderer and witness who has been killed already did never get protection from manila.

The witness is fully aware of this situation.He will testify because wherever he is,they might kill him.Will he be protected ?and effectively? the future will tell us.Do not be surprised when he will be dead before the witness session is held.

We have a certain hope that with the new President legal procedures get more room and corruption will be excluded.

Remains to be seen if the corrupted people can be removed in time...............................from their key positions.

since last year,shortly the ampatuans massacre ( see my other articles),more and more people are killed in this country.they forget to punish and send them to jail.Under the Arroyo administration many cases remain unsolved.the Ampatuans ( jr. and sr,are constantly in the newspapers,the massacre is a fact,the solution is nowhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sr wants a better bedroom,better doctors and so on and so on.the massacre remains,unsolved.Arroyo is very good in proclaiming holidays ( far too much,very costly)but the Palace is hardly willing to bring justice in this country.Appointments are more important,decorations,highways.But no adequate judicial system.Nice,a new chairman of the S.C, but what can Corona do to solve the Ampatuans case soonest!!!!

Agustin was the 139th media worker murdered in the Philippines since the restoration of democracy in 1986, and the 102nd under the Arroyo administration. He was killed just a day after Desidario Camangyan, anchorman of Sunrise FM in Mati, Davao Oriental, was shot dead in plain view of a crowd, while hosting a barangay singing contest. Camangyan had been critical of illegal logging in Mati.

Most of the 100 murders since the start of the Arroyo administration remain unsolved, and it may be too much to hope that the two latest cases will be any different. The task of ending the impunity that was capped by the Maguindanao massacre on Nov. 23 last year now falls on the shoulders of the incoming administration of Benigno Aquino III.

it is a big shame Arroyo administration!!Ending the impunity is now left to Aquino administration.Poor P Noy, a lot of unsolved so called ARROYO cases are to be dealt with by him.

PBA also explained that the appointments violated Executive Order 292 (Administrative Code), which designates the vice chief of staff of the AFP in the absence of a duly appointed chief of staff, and Comelec Resolution 8737, which prohibits promotions in civil service from Jan. 10 to June 9 without prior authorization from the poll body.

The group also questioned the qualification of Bangit, considering what they described as “his well-documented close partisan ties with Arroyo, thereby placing his capability for independent judgment in serious question.”

“The PBA is not questioning the competence of Bangit or his service record. Rather, by filing the petition, PBA intends to defend the rule of law and remove any cloud of doubt that may be cast on the nonpartisan and professional character of the AFP as a result of the questioned appointments,” they stressed.

They told the Court that Bangit was senior security aide of Mrs. Arroyo when she was still vice president and he also served as group commander of Presidential Security Group from February 2003 to September 2007 and chief of Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces from August 2006 to September 2007 when she was already president.

“Bangit’s extremely close ties with Arroyo are readily apparent upon reviewing his profile as commanding general of the Philippine Army,” PBA said. With Edu Punay UNQUOTE.

This is only one appointment in a long row of appointments wereby the president ARROYO pushed friends and allies!!30 june is foreseen for the inauguration of PRESIDENT ELECT AQUINO,P NOY.

Pagasa administrator Prisco Nilo said the criteria for declaring the onset of the rainy season have been met, including the prevalence of the southwest monsoon or hanging habagat and the 25-millimeter rainfall recorded in five Pagasa stations nationwide for five consecutive days.
Nilo said the rains experienced in the western section of the country were brought by southwesterly winds.
“This development signals the onset of the rainy season on the first week of June in areas under Type 1 climate, which covers the western parts of Luzon and Visayas,” Nilo said.

most of us play a game on the computer,is it Mafia Wars from Zynga.com or Facebook with many games such as Farmville.
there are many more but i intend to concentrate on the first two.
dear reader,follower or friend, first of all try to limit yourself in the number of hours you play these games.It is a fact that the games built up the nerviouslevels, the stress and the power to win,bwecause who does not want to win? and when y loose, sure y want to win as soon as possible after the failure.A second game effect is the wish to pay for energy,means you can go faster and up leveling when you buy energy.I personally do not buy energy,that is to easy,i hope we play without real credit card money.
The games are based on Health,Energy,Attack, Defence.you create SKILLS during the games and hopefully you have a lot of fun with your team mates or farmville friends.
Every day you can level up with 2 or 3 levels.Depending of the experience you built up.Your opponents will try to hinder you in this effort.They try to kill you ( for a while...)they take your papermoney etc.
I must say it is energetic.We play in New York,in Cuba,In Moscow,In Paris,In London,Bangkok.
we have a paper bank account with Russian roebels,US $, etc.
Y learn a lot of friends all over the world, sometimes that can be difficult,because they speak their own language.Anyway Game language is familiar as is Soccer language these days in South Africa. (WC football ).
