RAMIL IS NEARBY,BUT IT WEAKENS INTO TROPICAL STORM.

october 23, 2009 we got good news from

the forecast bureaus.Cnn,Ph,Taiwan and

Hong-K.predicted a more N.E.direction.

The Ty changes into a storm.

This results in wind & rain.But do not

locally named RAMIL,internationally designated LUPIT,is a Typhoon which is they say a very strong one,compared to Ketsana and Parma.

The authorities learned from this and decided:to open the dams earlier,to evacuate people from Luzon areas ,to keep available canned food,rescue boats,helicopters standby,sanitary measures to avoid diseases.Waterflood causes water puddles for denque disease,floodwater causes Lepto,(anyone who wades in contaminated floodwater),and A(H1N1)influeza( see my articles in Friendster.com).i n crowded areas.

Ramil hits the region on friday or earlier.From the 1,000 dead last period, the 138 dead from diseases i n Manila are stricking,more than 1836 cases,more to come.D.O.H.is very concerned.

Max. sustained winds of 175 Kph and gustiness of up to 210 Kph.
