Happy New Year to you and y families, health and food/income are basic qualities of life.
This year will be an important year for The Philippines.
1.who will replace President Mrs.Arroyo?
2.What will he do for the country?
3.Will he help the POOR Peoples?
4.will he abandon corruption? PH is a high ranking corruption country.
5.will he bring order in finances of the country.PH has a enormous deficit, and no sound tax policy.
6.will he bring back the agricultural sector to the better circumstances?
7.will he stay away from importing rice at extreme prices?
8.will he manage the country in a way that brings us international respect?
9.First of all let he convince CONGRESS that he does not accept political games and political murder on purpose
10.then he should create a productive trial period concerning the Armed Amputuan ( SR.)followers and their bosses in Sultan Kudarat, in Cotabato, in Maguindanao, in the province of Mindanao.......
The trial of Mayor Andal Ampatuan Jr. of Datu Unsay ,Maguindanao,the principal accused in the November 23 2009 MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE ,will start on january 5,2010 at the Police Non-Commission Office Club in Camp Crame, Quezon City( PH).this trial needs to take place in full order and seriousness.
Some Ampatuans still stay in other jails in Cotabato City, in General Santos City, in Davao City.The Ampatuan SR.health situation is reasonable,he can be brought to a jail.He obviously wants to stay in Mindanao Province for safety reasons.But he must go to Manila, that is what the peoples want.President Arroyo wants the perpetrators of the Massacre convicted before she steps down in may 2010.But that can never be a reason.The President has always allowed private armies, esp. of the Ampatuans ,here allies,and she should just wait and see how the process takes place and how the public opinion will develop.She has no influence anymore.She is part of the problem!!
Justice must be impartially,fairly and as quickly as possible.Weapons should stay out of this process, also corruption and protection!!!!!
11.The new to be elected President needs to follow this process sharply and he should not hesitate to file a complaint against the than former President PGMA.
12.One thing the President ( PGMA) should not do: to lift the emergency state in three Mindanao areas.
Peace and order will not be restored soon.
And let us never forget: 57 people were cold-blooded killed in Maguindanao last november 23.!!!!!!!!!
13.Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera should be very alert and avoid the big mistake she made by advising here President to call Martial Law, a far to heavy weapon against rebellion.Emergency status is realistic.
14.Five Ampatuans have been mentioned to be leaders of the REBELLION.
The father of the clan is Ampatuan SR.He is the master of the Rebellion and the massacre they say.This country looks for justice.This country wants you to suspend police authorities in Mindanao who refused to do their job in november 2009.Not for the time being but permanently.If justice finds its way ,maybe the go to jail, all of them.
15.The system of transportation by ferryboats in between islands within PH needs urgently to be replaced.The new President takes the first steps and monitors the follow up.
Second hand ferries from Japan,Malaysia,Indonesia and other dumping countries do not belong here.Life is at risk everyday.
Seamen need serious training and do their job seriously, no drinking on board during Xmas period.No super-long working hours.
Government take this sector seriously.
16.and please no more holidays and celebrations and mourning days,we need to work to get income for the country and for the workers.
