pepeng brought 311 dead,185 injured and 48 missing in Northern philippines(Luzon).521,531 fami8lies affected,=more t5han 2 million peoples,of which 92,313 in evacuation centers.ADD TO IT THE MANILA FIGURES for ondoy and the death toll is more than 650 !
the 311 is divided as follows:238 CAR,64,Ilocos region,4 central Luzon,5 Southern Luzon.
The flash flood,landslides ALERT in the two other big regions of the philippines,named VISAYAS and MINDANAO because of rainfall since today ,october 14 2009.so in conclusion, the whole country is now affected 
by Typhoons,Super Typhoons,tropical depressions and rainfall.
